Happy Father's Day!
Happy Father's Day to my Dad! You have always been there for me to help me get back up, to keep going, to lend a helping hand, and soon we will be crossing that Ironman Finish line together and you will have the official title of IRONDAD but I already know you are an IronDad! Thanks for being the best dad anyone could wish for and for putting up with me even when I may have been a brat!

Ok now I can bike, run or swim ( if the pool were oprn) because of the tears, Love you Tash, by the way what day was that you were a brat? Do I have a photo in the album.
