Finally got some snow in the mountains. Two hour delay for work which is funny cause the roads in town were fine but I'll take what I can get. Had a great 8 mile run on Sat. (recovery week) then went to the east mountains for some play time with good ol' Lexi. Sunday did a spin class to help keep my muscles from tightening up and wow what a good idea!! I felt so great! I had been taking Sundays off due to hurting so bad from Sat. long runs and because usually had to catch up on errands but I loved it! What do you think would spin class help also after the longer runs? hmm....
